1.Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "Account Holder") and ph362 ("ph362," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://ph362.one and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").

By completing the ph362 registration process, clicking any "I Agree" checkbox, or by simply accessing or using any part of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and anyone else who accesses or uses the Platform in any capacity.

These Terms should be read alongside ph362's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and ph362.

2.Eligibility Requirements

To create and maintain a valid ph362 account and to use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity.
• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a mandatory requirement under the regulations of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). ph362 strictly enforces this age requirement. Individuals under 21 are absolutely prohibited from registering or using the Platform.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted under applicable law at the time of each gaming session.
• You must not be a resident or citizen of any jurisdiction where participation in online gambling is prohibited.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of any employee of ph362 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or software suppliers.
• You must not be suffering from a gambling addiction or be subject to a self-exclusion order on any licensed gambling platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.

ph362 reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or close your account if it determines, at its sole discretion, that you do not meet or no longer meet these requirements. Any winnings accumulated during a period of ineligibility are subject to forfeiture.

3.Account Registration and Verification

3.1 Registration Process

To access real-money gaming features on ph362, you must create a registered account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form, including a valid Philippine mobile number. You are required to provide your true legal name, correct date of birth, and valid contact details. Providing false registration information is a material breach of these Terms.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) ph362 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. ph362 employs technical and manual review procedures to detect duplicate accounts. All accounts identified as duplicates will be suspended, and any balances (including deposits and winnings) in duplicate accounts are subject to forfeiture.

3.3 KYC Verification

Prior to processing any withdrawal, ph362 requires all Account Holders to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You will be required to submit a copy of a valid Philippine government-issued photo identification document, which may include a UMID, passport, or driver's license. ph362 may also request proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of GCash account showing your registered name matching your ph362 account name). ph362 may request additional documentation at any time for ongoing compliance purposes.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph362 account credentials, including your password and any OTP codes received on your registered mobile number. ph362 will never ask you for your password through any support channel. Any activity occurring through your ph362 account — whether or not authorized by you — is your responsibility. You must notify ph362 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4.Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ph362 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following methods, subject to availability: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. ph362 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Minimum Transactions

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts vary by payment method. GCash and Maya deposits carry a minimum of ₱100. Bank transfers and InstaPay transactions may carry higher minimums. Current minimums are displayed at the time of transaction within the ph362 cashier.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed only after successful KYC verification. GCash and Maya withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within 5–30 minutes, 24 hours a day. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 1–2 business days depending on the receiving institution. ph362 does not guarantee specific processing times but commits to processing all valid, verified withdrawal requests promptly.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on ph362 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). ph362 does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion fees arising from the use of payment methods that operate in other currencies are borne entirely by the Account Holder.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering

ph362 is committed to compliance with Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) requirements. ph362 reserves the right to require enhanced due diligence for large or unusual transactions, to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate authorities as required by law, and to freeze or close accounts pending investigation where there is reasonable suspicion of money laundering or financial crime.

5.Bonuses and Promotional Offers

ph362 offers various bonuses and promotional credits to registered players from time to time. The following general terms apply to all ph362 bonuses unless a specific promotion's individual terms state otherwise:

• All bonus credits are subject to wagering (rollover) requirements before they may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiple and eligible games will be stated in the individual promotion's terms.
• Bonuses are intended for personal entertainment only. Using bonuses with the systematic intent to exploit wagering requirements — including through coordinated play, arbitrage, or other advantage-play methods — constitutes bonus abuse and is grounds for account suspension.
• ph362 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings if it determines that the bonus was obtained or used in a manner inconsistent with these Terms or the specific promotion's terms.
• Bonuses and promotional offers are available only to eligible Account Holders who have made at least one real-money deposit, unless stated otherwise in the specific offer.
• No bonus can be combined with another offer unless explicitly stated by ph362.
• ph362 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.

6.Game Rules and Fairness

All games available on the ph362 Platform use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. RNG certification ensures that game outcomes are statistically random and not influenced by ph362 or by any prior game outcome. ph362 does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.

In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or any malfunction that affects the outcome of a game round, ph362 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the Account Holder. ph362 will not honor payouts resulting from obvious software malfunctions, display errors, or configurations that produce mathematically impossible results.

Individual game rules are available within each game's interface. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before placing real-money wagers. ph362 is not liable for losses arising from a player's misunderstanding of game mechanics.

7.Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph362 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information.
• Accessing or attempting to access the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.
• Using software, bots, scripts, automated tools, or any artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage in any game or in the claims of bonuses.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including poker-style games or tournaments.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime through the ph362 Platform.
• Using the Platform while subject to a self-exclusion order or gambling ban.
• Allowing minors (individuals under 21 years of age) to access or use your ph362 account.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with any software or technology underlying the ph362 Platform.
• Conducting chargeback fraud — initiating chargebacks, reversals, or disputes against legitimate ph362 transactions through your payment provider.

8.Responsible Gaming

ph362 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players on the Platform. ph362 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered Account Holders:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their ph362 account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session duration reminders that alert them when they have been playing for a specified period.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to temporarily or permanently exclude themselves from ph362 may request self-exclusion via the account settings page or through ph362 customer support. Self-exclusion periods range from 24 hours to permanent closure.

9.Intellectual Property

All content on the ph362 Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, text, graphics, logos, icons, audio, video, and the overall user interface design — is the exclusive property of ph362 or its licensed third-party suppliers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the ph362 Platform without the prior written consent of ph362 or the relevant rights holder.

10.Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph362 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or the cost of substitute services.

ph362's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your ph362 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ph362 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. ph362 is not responsible for any losses arising from internet connectivity failures, device malfunctions, or third-party payment processing delays that are beyond ph362's direct control.

11.Account Termination and Suspension

ph362 reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any ph362 account, including withholding associated balances pending investigation, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any applicable promotional terms.
• Provision of false, fraudulent, or misleading information at any stage.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period as requested by ph362.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Use of the Platform by an ineligible individual, including a minor or a self-excluded player.
• Legal or regulatory requirement to do so, including direction from PAGCOR or other competent Philippine authority.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their ph362 account may do so at any time by contacting ph362 customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding voided bonus funds) will be returned to the player's verified payment method after applicable checks.

12.Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of any dispute between you and ph362, you agree to first contact ph362 customer support in good faith to attempt to resolve the matter informally. ph362 commits to responding to all formal written dispute submissions within fourteen (14) calendar days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines, consistent with applicable PAGCOR regulatory dispute resolution mechanisms.

13.Amendments to These Terms

ph362 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be available on this page with the updated "Last Updated" date shown in the page header above.

For material changes — such as changes to eligibility criteria, payment processing rules, or player rights — ph362 will provide notice to registered players via their registered contact information (mobile number or email address) at least seven (7) calendar days before the changes take effect, where operationally practicable.

Your continued use of the ph362 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 11.
